IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE
Dear Crave Members,
As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have relocated all staff to work from home for the foreseeable future. Whilst this transition has been mostly seamless, we ask for your patience as we adjust to a number of internal changes to ensure that all departments are equipped, connected and able to assist you as normal.

Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by this extraordinary event and we will continue to support and help restaurants and members however we can.
Whilst we will still be available to process existing claims or assist with any queries during lockdown, all restaurants will be closed until Friday 17 April. Thereafter, when lockdown ends, the following exciting benefit changes will apply:
• Takeaway and delivery (in-house, Mr D, Uber Eats, Order In etc) will be allowed on the Dining Cashback benefit at listed Cashback restaurants. • In addition to this, we will temporarily remove our 2 drink requirement for Dining Cashback claims, meaning you just need to purchase a minimum of 2 meals.
These changes will be valid until further notice and the same authorisation process will apply. At this point in time, we do not envisage an increase in claim turnaround, however will monitor and advise should this change.
To our participating restaurateurs - if you have implemented a takeaway or a collection service, please notify us and we will be happy to share your news on our social media platforms. We urge everyone to heed President Ramaphosa and the Department of Health's call to follow all hygiene protocols and protective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
