Description
When Jay was only 7 years old, his wise father told him that making beautiful food is happiness. This moment set Jay on a life-long journey to achieve happiness.
Jay practiced his dad’s traditional Chinese dishes for years, before embarking on his travels to share his food with the world. To Jay’s delight, people from all across the globe fell in love with his dishes and his passion for food.
It was then that Jay knew that he was ready to open his own restaurant.
